Coach/Facilitator in all areas of Life

What Coaching is:
Coaching is a support, over a fixed period, of a person, which provides them with the support they need to achieve what is important to them in their life. It is based on the principle that the person has unique talents, great abilities that are often "dormant" and the resources necessary to succeed in their personal and professional life.

Why would I need a Coach?
A Coach is a person who helps you find solutions when you feel dissatisfied, lack enthusiasm and motivation, are bored or when you feel that you could be doing better or cannot make decisions.
Of course, also when you fail to find resources to overcome practical and relational problems.
How to work with a Coach?
After a free session where we get to know each other and you can receive a demonstration of a Coaching session to allow you/me to decide if we can work together, then the journey itself consists of 5 to 10 one-hour conversations during which I will ask you questions and use written or imaginative exercises that will open up new perspectives and new options to find the solution that is right for you.
What concrete results will I get at the end of a course?
Mark these 5 points on a sheet: we will find your SELF-TRUST, where to find your ENERGY, how to stop SELF-SABOTAGING unnecessarily, re-evaluate your LIMITING BELIEFS find your true and deep REASON FOR EXISTING.
